Write Flow Studio
A writing studio for novels, short stories and screenplays, with an AI writing partner that knows the writer's own story.
The problem
Writers were juggling a word processor, a screenwriting program, sticky notes and a separate AI chat window that knew nothing about their story.
What it changes
Writers spend their time writing instead of switching between programs and managing files, and they get AI help that fits their story without it taking over their work.
What it does
- Keeps novels, short stories and screenplays in one place that opens in the browser, with nothing to install.
- Lays out a story on a story map and corkboard, so writers can see the whole plot and move scenes around.
- Offers an AI writing partner that works from the writer's own characters and plot, and only adds what the writer accepts.
- Exports to PDF, Word, EPUB and Final Draft any time, with nothing locked in.
- Formats prose and screenplays correctly on its own, with real page counts, so writers never fight the layout.

Coaching software for fitness businesses: workouts, nutrition, check-ins, messages and calls in one app, built so clients stay when their program ends.
The problem
Fitness coaches were running their clients across spreadsheets, PDFs and messages on three different platforms. When a client's twelve weeks ran out, that was usually the end of the relationship, and the business lost them.
What it changes
Coaches spend their time coaching instead of chasing messages and spreadsheets, and clients who finish a program stay as paying customers instead of walking away.
What it does
- Builds workout plans from an illustrated exercise library, with sets, reps and rest set for each client.
- Sets nutrition plans that clients log against, with a food tracker that reads barcodes.
- Collects scheduled check-ins with photos and notes, kept as a history for each client.
- Keeps every message between client and coach in one place, and syncs calls to the coach's Google Calendar.
- Runs a program clock for each client that can pause for an injury or a holiday, and shows the owner who is finishing within the month.
- When a program ends, moves the client onto their own self-coached plan, still in the app and one message from their coach.
