Monthly retainer
Reserve a block of hours each month at a lower rate, and use them for anything we do: support, security, backups, planning, websites, AI and custom apps. The more hours you reserve, the lower your rate.
Custom projects
Larger pieces of work, such as a new office network, a website or a custom app, are scoped with you and quoted individually, agreed in writing before we start.

- Emergencies, nights and weekends: $125/hr for everyone, billed separately and never taken from retainer hours.

Multi-factor sign-in, password manager, managed protection on every computer and a documented admin-access list.
Backups
Automatic backups with regular restore tests, so you know they work before you need them.
Servers
Monitoring, patching, maintenance and backup verification for the servers in your office or the cloud.
Network
Firewall, switches and Wi-Fi managed, plus coordination with your internet provider.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Accounts, licenses, email, sharing and security settings, plus new-hire and departure handling.
Vendors and planning
We deal with your software, phone and equipment vendors, and give you a 12-month technology roadmap and budget.
Custom projects
Larger pieces of work are scoped with you and quoted individually, agreed in writing before we start.
- Websites: from landing pages to online stores, booking and membership sites.
- AI: automations, workflows, AI web apps and employee bots, usually starting with a short pilot.
- Custom apps: POS and inventory, CRM, task and line-of-business software.
- Security clean-ups and follow-up vulnerability audits. Your first network audit is free.
- Network projects: new offices, rebuilds, Wi-Fi, phone systems and equipment replacement.
Billed separately
Emergency, night and weekend work ($125/hr, never taken from your retainer hours), hours beyond your monthly block (at your retainer rate), custom projects, and hardware, software licenses and other third-party costs.
No long-term contracts: retainers are month to month, and you can move your hours up or down as your needs change.
